Reporting directly to the CFO and coordinating with the COO, this role will play a critical part in designing and defining SLS’s new management software and ensuring long term success. In addition, this role will execute multiple financial operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, managing AP/AR, forecasting, and financial analysis.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition team, leading employee onboarding, administering benefits, leading compliance, managing employee relations, supporting the payroll team, assisting with policy development, and fostering firmwide culture and values.
